- Children are welcome when the activity is suitable. Send every child age before confirmation. Child price, seat, life-jacket and minimum-age requirements are confirmed in writing before payment.
- Cancellation
- A booking request can be cancelled without charge before written confirmation and payment. After confirmation, cancellation is free until 48 hours before the start, less any supplier cost disclosed as non-refundable before payment. Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before start is charged 50%; within 24 hours or no-show is non-refundable. Date changes depend on availability.
- Weather
- The experience can operate in light rain when conditions are safe. If severe weather, road conditions or an official closure prevents the activity, Kofia will offer a safe route adjustment, a new date or a refund for the recoverable unprovided service.
- Payment
- After availability and the final price are confirmed in writing, Kofia sends the approved payment method and any required deposit. The confirmation states the currency, amount paid, remaining balance and due date. Never pay an account or link that Kofia has not confirmed.
- Confirmation
- Kofia normally replies within 2 hours between 07:00 and 22:00 East Africa Time. Late-night requests are handled the next morning. The experience is confirmed only after written confirmation and any required payment.
